These terms govern the services provided by AP Living Maintenance. By booking a job with us you accept these terms.
Booking requests submitted online are reviewed by our operations team and confirmed by phone or email. Quotes are provided in writing following a site visit and remain valid for 30 days.
Invoices are issued on completion of works and are payable within 14 days. Contracted commercial clients are invoiced on agreed monthly terms.
We guarantee all workmanship for 12 months from date of completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed parts and equipment.
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment.
